Ytong airblock is an energy-efficient, solid, easy-to-use, environmentally friendly building material. It consists of quartz sand, cement, lime, gypsum and water. Ytong airblock is a highly durable material that, even in different natural conditions, does not lose its strength and maintains resistance to shocks and direct impacts, withstands direct exposure to fire for 4 hours and maintains its original structure.

Ytong building Airblock manufacturing process

Ytong block’s unique properties are determined by its manufacturing process, the final result is achieved through autoclaving, during which the block is placed in an autoclave oven, where the block is dried and hardened for 12 hours at a temperature of 180 degrees. The autoclave method eliminates the deformation of the block and the formation of cracks during the drying process. The entire production process takes 18 hours.

For builders

Accurate geometrical data of aerated concrete significantly simplifies not only the piling process, but also the subsequent internal and external finishing. Due to its uniform structure and load-bearing capacity, the Ytong airlock is the best choice for fastening work.

When using Ytong, laying on load-bearing structures and foundations is significantly reduced, which reduces the amount of required reinforcement by 10%-12% and thus significantly reduces the cost of construction.
